This is a 38mm stainless steel coffee grinder burr conical burr processed by CNC machine tools. Manufacturing process
- Customization preparation and blank treatment: high-quality stainless steel such as 440C is often selected, or stainless steel round bar blanks with corresponding specifications are directly used, or stainless steel powder is mixed with binder to make feed particles into injection-molded green bodies, and pure green bodies are obtained after degreasing and removing binder. After that, the blank is annealed to eliminate the internal stress, and then the conical foundation contour is roughly turned by the numerical control lathe, and the finishing allowance is reserved.
- Core structure and tooth pattern processing: with the help of five-axis CNC machining center, the spiral tooth pattern on the conical surface is accurately milled by multi-axis linkage function, and the rough milling and fine milling are divided into two steps with cemented carbide cutter, so as to control the precision of tooth distance and tooth depth and ensure the uniform thickness of coffee powder during grinding. If the special-shaped tooth pattern is customized, the tool path adaptation requirements will be adjusted through CAM software programming.
- Post-treatment strengthening performance: put the processed grinding disc in vacuum environment and sinter it at a high temperature above 1300℃ to improve the density and hardness; Metal grinding discs can also be quenched and nitrided, and some high-end products will be PVD coated to further enhance wear resistance. Subsequently, CNC polishing equipment is used to remove the burr on the tooth edge, optimize the tooth surface finish and avoid powder sticking.
- Precise inspection of control quality: finally, the three-coordinate measuring instrument is used to detect the dimensional parameters such as taper and coaxiality, and the tooth profile detector is used to check the accuracy of tooth pattern, and at the same time, the meshing clearance between the dynamic and static grinding discs is tested to ensure that the processing is completed after meeting the requirements of bean mill adaptation and grinding standards.
