Process Flow
- Pre-design and programming: According to the technical requirements of product drawings, such as size, tolerance and surface roughness, CAD/CAM software is used to complete the three-dimensional modeling of parts, and G code and M code adapted to CNC lathe are written, and the tool path and processing parameters are determined at the same time.
- Preparation and clamping of raw materials: stainless steel bars or pipes that meet the brand requirements are selected, and after cutting and straightening, the raw materials are firmly clamped on the spindle of the CNC lathe through a three-jaw chuck, a four-jaw chuck or a special fixture to ensure the clamping accuracy and coaxiality.
- Debugging of cutting tools and equipment: install cemented carbide cutting tools or ceramic cutting tools suitable for stainless steel processing, adjust cutting tool compensation parameters according to processing procedures, debug parameters such as spindle speed and feed speed of CNC lathe, and conduct idle stroke simulation operation to verify the accuracy of the program.
- CNC machining: Start the CNC machine tool to execute the machining program, and process the features of the workpiece such as size, thread and chamfer according to the tolerance requirements of the drawing, so as to ensure that the shape and position tolerance, surface roughness and other indicators meet the design standards.
- On-line detection and correction: In the process of machining, the key dimensions are detected in real time by using the on-line measurement function of CNC machine tools or hand-held measuring tools, and if there is deviation, it is corrected immediately by adjusting tool compensation or program parameters.
- Disassembly and initial inspection of workpiece: Stop the equipment operation after machining, loosen the fixture to take down the workpiece, and preliminarily inspect the key dimensions and shape and position accuracy of the workpiece with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and roundness meters.
- Post-treatment process: deburring, polishing, cleaning, heat treatment or surface plating (such as passivation and chromium plating) are carried out on the workpiece according to the product requirements to improve the surface quality and corrosion resistance of the workpiece.
- Final inspection and packaging: Full-scale inspection is carried out by high-precision inspection equipment such as three-coordinate measuring instrument, and rust-proof packaging is carried out after it is confirmed to be qualified, and it is well marked and put into storage or delivered to customers.
