Our processing capabilities

 

Milling CNC milling machines can process parts with flat surfaces, curved surfaces, grooves, cavities and other structures. They can process materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, and plastics and are suitable for parts with complex shapes (such as mechanical housings and mold cores).
Turning CNC lathes are used to complete the outer circle, inner hole, thread, and conical surface processing of shaft and disk parts (such as motor shafts and bolts), with an accuracy of up to 0.002mm.
Drilling and boring For hole processing of parts (such as positioning holes and assembly holes), the position and verticality of the holes are ensured by CNC drilling machines or boring machines.
