This custom aluminum colorado steering wheel hub is made by CNC machining 7075 aluminum billet. Using a CNC vertical machining center, the blank allowance is removed by a face milling cutter, and the contour, hole position and details are machined with a high-speed steel end mill to ensure that the key dimensional tolerances meet the requirements of the drawing. The surface is treated with blackening. In addition, we use a three-coordinate measuring machine to detect the hole coordinates and contour tolerances to ensure compatibility with original car parts, and perform pressure tests on key stress-bearing parts (such as the root of the spokes) to ensure that there are no cracks, shrinkage holes, scratches, and good surface roughness
