- NC machining of customized tooth profile: multi-axis linkage milling is carried out for customized tooth profile (such as special-shaped grinding teeth) with a five-axis NC machining center, and the radial/arc tooth profile machining is completed with a flat cutter grinding core through a NC milling machine to ensure the matching degree of tooth profile and customized parameters.
- Finishing and trial grinding verification: after the datum plane is installed by CNC finish turning, the grinding core is heat treated and polished; Subsequently, the trial grinding test was carried out, and the precision of grinding core tooth pattern was fine-tuned according to the grinding effect of coffee powder until it met the customer's customized requirements.
