Manufacturing Process
- CAD Model Upload & DFM Analysis: Submit your 3D CAD model (e.g., STEP, IGES). Our engineers conduct a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis and provide expert feedback.
- CNC Programming & Setup: CNC programs are generated using CAM software. Raw material is securely fixtured on the machine bed.
- Precision Machining: The CNC machine (Milling/Turning Center) executes the programmed operations to shape the aluminum block into the final part.
- Deburring & Surface Finishing: Parts undergo deburring to remove sharp edges. Optional surface treatments (e.g., Anodizing, Sandblasting) are applied as specified.
- Quality Inspection & Verification: Parts are meticulously inspected using tools like CMMs and Calipers to verify conformance to all drawing dimensions and tolerances.
- Packaging & Delivery: Approved parts are carefully packaged and shipped to your facility.
