Processing Flow

 

  • Step 1: Design & DFM Analysis: Our engineers review your CAD model to verify manufacturability, suggest optimizations for cost and performance, and confirm technical specifications.
  • Step 2: CNC Programming: Certified programmers generate optimized CNC machine toolpaths (G-code) from your approved design, selecting appropriate cutting strategies.
  • Step 3: Machine Setup: The designated CNC machining center (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis) is configured with the correct fixtures, tools, and 6063 aluminum stock.
  • Step 4: Precision Machining: The CNC machine executes milling, drilling, and turning operations to precisely remove material and form the part, often in a single setup.
  • Step 5: Deburring & Surface Finishing: The machined part undergoes deburring to remove sharp edges, followed by the application of the specified surface finish (e.g., anodizing, sandblasting).
  • Step 6: Quality Inspection: Finished parts are rigorously inspected using equipment like CMMs, calipers, and micrometers to ensure compliance with the dimensional tolerances and specifications defined in the 2D drawing.
  • Step 7: Cleaning & Packaging: Parts are thoroughly cleaned, meticulously packaged to prevent damage during transit, and prepared for shipment.

Q: How much does your CNC machining service cost?

A: The cost of a CNC machining project is not fixed because it depends on the characteristics of the project, such as design and tolerances.

Q: How to place the order?

A: *You send us drawing or sample
* The sample will be sent to you once finish
*After the sample be confirmed, then you place an order and pay us 50% deposit
* We start to make the product
* We take photos for your check and you then pay the balance
* We arrange shipment

Q: Is it possible to know how the product is going on without visiting your company?

A: We will offer a detailed products schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?

A: Samples will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days for new mold products. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q: What types of documents do you accept?

A: We can accept files in CAD system formats such as IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp), ACIS (.sat), etc.
