This kinds of Custom CNC aluminum parts are made by using CNC Turning technology, the materials is AL7075, why use AL7075? Because the strength of 7075 is close to that of medium carbon steel, making it suitable for high-stress parts. However, it is lighter than steel. This is a part used for assembling hydraulic bolt guns, and all parts are required to have high strength. Therefore, AL7075 is the most suitable material.
Process:
►1. Inspecting a raw material to ensure that the raw materials is qualified.
►2. Deburring operation is carried out to preliminarily process the raw materials and remove the excess materials.
►3. During the rough machining stage, the parts is initially processed by a lathe to meet certain size and shape requirements.
►4.The fine processing stage is carried out, where the part is finely processed to ensure that its dimensions and shapes meet the precise requirements.
►5. Carry out fine repairs and make minor adjustments to the part to ensure it meets the design requirements.
After completing the above steps, carry out grinding treatment and perform surface treatment as per the customer's requirements
