Xi'an Hi-Precision Machinery Co., Ltd provides precision CNC machined components services, using computer-programmed machine tools for automated processing, ensuring that components meet customer requirements for dimensional accuracy, shape precision, and surface quality. We utilize a constant temperature workshop to minimize thermal deformation, specialized fixtures to secure tiny parts, and in-line measurement technology to correct machining errors in real time.
We can not only process various types of precision tiny parts, but also process complex geometric structures such as three-dimensional surfaces, special-shaped holes, deep cavities, etc., and support multi-axis linkage processing.

All of the company's equipment is sourced from Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea, as well as domestically produced precision CNC equipment, most of which utilizes automated production. Currently, we have CNC four- and five-axis machining centers, as well as 24 drilling, milling, tapping, and engraving/milling machines; 12 precision CNC turning and milling machines (with automatic feeding systems); four precision CNC tool lathes, including a Longze LA-2502, a Baoji CK502, two SK50Ps, a Taiwan Liwei T6, and several other CNC lathes.
In October 2020, the company obtained the GJB 9001C-2017 (National Military Standard) and GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 (National Standard) quality management system certifications. Level 3 confidentiality certification is in progress.
