Operators control the movement of machine tools (such as cutting, drilling, milling, and turning) through programming (usually G-code), thereby processing metal blanks into designed three-dimensional parts.
Service Process
How we got started
Requirements: Provide your 3D model (e.g., STEP, IGES) and 2D drawings (e.g., PDF, DWG), specifying material, quantity, surface finish, and other requirements.
Quotation and Design for Material (DFM) Analysis: We will review your documents, perform a Design for Material (DFM) analysis, and provide a quote and delivery schedule.
Confirmation and Order: After you confirm the quote and DFM recommendations, we'll place a purchase order.
Programming and Machining: Our engineers will develop the machining program and perform a trial run of the first piece.
Quality Control: First-piece or batch-production parts will be inspected to ensure they meet the drawing requirements.
Post-Processing and Delivery: All agreed-upon post-processing steps will be completed, and the parts will be packaged and shipped to you.

Our inspection team
We have a comprehensive quality management process (such as ISO 9001 certification) and are equipped with advanced testing equipment (such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and optical measuring instruments). We support the testing of first-piece or batch parts to ensure that they meet the drawing requirements.
Production workshop
All the company's equipment isfrom Japan, Taiwan, Korea, and domestic precision CNC equipment, most of which has been automated production. At present, we have CNC four-axis, five-axis and vertical machining centers, 24 sets of drilling and milling, drilling and tapping, precision carving and milling, 12 sets of precision CNC turning and milling compound (with automatic feeding system), 4 sets of precision CNC cutter lathes, two sets of Longze LA-250, two sets of Baoji CK50, two sets of SK50P, one Taiwan Liwei T6, and a wide number of CNC lathe.
With over 15 years of experience in CNC machining metal parts, we offer metal CNC services, using advanced four-axis, five-axis, and vertical machining centers, along with a wide range of quality inspection equipment, to ensure the delivery of qualified products. We guarantee tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes. We offer free samples and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) services. We also provide post-processing services such as deburring, sandblasting, anodizing, electroplating, painting, heat treating, and passivation, saving you significant time and effort.

Q: What is your company's after service and warranty?
A: We make products according to drawings or samples strictly until them reach your 100% satisfaction. We'll be unconditional replace the poor products once get the confirmation of defected products within three months.

A: Samples will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days for new mold products. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q: Does it support customized processing?
A: Support. We specialize in manufacturing non-standard accessories.
