We use advanced imported automatic lathes and implement strict production process controls to ensure product quality.

Production Process

The production process for custom precision brass CNC turned parts can be roughly divided into the following six steps:
1. Design and Programming: First, based on product drawings or design requirements, a 3D model is created using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and converted into a format compatible with CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software. In the CAM software, engineers set tool paths and cutting parameters based on processing requirements, generating G-code or M-code, the "language" of CNC machine tools.
2. Material Preparation: Select brass material that meets the requirements and perform necessary preprocessing, such as cutting into blanks of appropriate dimensions and removing oxide scale.
3. Clamping and Positioning: The copper blank is secured to the CNC lathe, using fixtures and positioning devices to ensure stability and precision during machining.
4. Processing: The CNC lathe is started and machining is performed according to the preset program. During machining, the CNC system automatically adjusts the movement of the lathe's axes to complete cutting, drilling, and turning operations. 5. Inspection and Correction: After processing, the finished product is tested using measuring tools to ensure that dimensional accuracy and surface quality meet requirements. If necessary, the processing technology is fine-tuned based on the test results to optimize the processing results.
6. Post-Processing: The finished copper is cleaned, deburred, and treated for rust prevention, among other procedures, in preparation for delivery or further processing.

Specific applications

CNC lathe processing brass parts

CNC-machined brass is widely used in various industries, including:

Electronic and electronic industries: applications include contacts for precision plugs and sockets, copper sleeves and pins for terminal blocks and wiring terminals, and commutators and bushings for micromotors.

Automotive industries: applications include valve cores for fuel pumps, copper sleeves for injectors, connectors and valve cores for brake lines, and copper probes or connectors for automotive sensors (such as temperature and pressure sensors).

Precision instruments and medical devices: applications include copper connectors for pressure gauges, impellers for flow meters, copper probes for precision calipers, copper control valves for infusion sets, and connectors for dental instruments.
