Production Process
How we make the parts you need
Demand analysis and process review: We conduct process analysis and provide manufacturability feedback based on the CAD drawings provided by the customer, mainly to evaluate the design rationality, processing feasibility and cost.
Programming and tooling preparation: Our CAM engineers use specialized software to generate efficient NC code. They also prepare the required custom fixtures, cutting tools, and inspection tools.
Material preparation: According to the material model requirements, select aluminum alloy rolled bars, plates or forgings of corresponding specifications and cut them by sawing.
CNC Machining: Primary machining is performed on three-, four-, or five-axis CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or mill-turn centers. This stage involves multiple operations, including roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing, to gradually approach the design dimensions and ensure surface quality.
Deburring and surface treatment: After machining, the parts are carefully deburred manually or automatically. Subsequently, the specified surface treatment is applied according to the application requirements, such as sandblasting, anodizing, electroless nickel plating or spraying.
Quality Inspection and Control: We use precision testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, optical projectors, roughness meters, etc. to conduct 100% or random inspections on key dimensions, form and position tolerances, and surface finish to ensure full compliance with drawing specifications.
Cleaning and Packaging: Qualified parts are ultrasonically cleaned to remove oil, dirt, and debris, then packaged with rust-proof and shock-proof packaging materials, and finally delivered to customers with a certificate of conformity and test report.

Product Materials
Common Types of CNC Aluminum
6061 aluminum
The most versatile structural aluminum alloy, containing magnesium and silicon. It offers an excellent combination of properties-medium-to-high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and superb machinability. It is adaptable to a wide range of surface treatments, particularly anodizing. It is a top choice for aerospace, automation equipment, automotive parts, and consumer electronics. However, its softness makes it prone to tool sticking, requiring sharp tools and adequate coolant.
7075 aluminum
An ultra-high-strength aluminum alloy with zinc as the primary alloying element. Its strength is comparable to many steels, but its fatigue strength is lower. It machinability is good, but its corrosion resistance is not as good as 6061, and it typically requires surface coatings (such as anodizing) for protection. It is primarily used in aerospace structural components, high-performance bicycle parts, and mold manufacturing. Its harder grade results in more chip breakage during machining, resulting in a smoother surface finish, but it is more sensitive to minor tool wear.
