How to ship ?
To avoid quality issues during transportation, we pre-treat parts before packaging. For example, we remove cutting fluid, iron filings, and oil stains from the surface of the parts. Small parts are cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner (using a neutral detergent), while large parts are cleaned with a high-pressure air gun and denatured alcohol. Rust-prone materials like stainless steel and carbon steel are also dried with compressed air or coated with a thin layer of rust-inhibitor (food-grade or medical-grade parts require food-grade rust inhibitors).
