How to Choose a CNC Metal Parts Manufacturer?
First, you should understand the types of CNC equipment the manufacturer has and examine the accuracy of the equipment, including indicators such as positioning accuracy and repeatability. A strong manufacturer should have multiple CNC processing capabilities, such as turning, milling, drilling, boring, grinding, etc. Ask the manufacturer about the quality standards it follows, such as ISO 9001, AS9100 (aerospace field) and other international or industry standards. How many technical requirements of cnc metal parts processing do you know?
Contour processing of parts:
1. the shape tolerance should meet the requirements of GB1184-80.
2. not note the length size allowable deviation of ±0.5mm.
3. did not note the corner radius R5.
4. All chamfer angles without injection are C2.
5. Blunt at acute angles.
6. sharp edge blunt, remove burrs flying edge.
CNC Metal Parts surface treatment:
1, parts processing surface, there should be no scratches, scratches and other damage to the surface of the parts.
2, the surface of the thread processing is not allowed to have black skin, bump, random buckle and burr and other defects. Rust, oxide, grease, dust, soil, salt and dirt must be removed from the surface of all steel parts that need to be painted before painting.
3, before rust removal, use organic solvents, lye, emulsifier, steam, etc. to remove the grease and dirt on the surface of steel parts.
4. The time interval between the surface to be coated and the primer shall not be more than 6h after shot peening or manual rust removal.
5, the surface of the riveted parts in contact with each other, before the connection must be coated with a thickness of 30 ~ 40μm anti-rust paint. The edge of the lap joint should be sealed with paint, putty or adhesive. Primers damaged by machining or welding should be repainted.
Heat treatment of CNC Metal parts:
1, after tempering treatment, HRC50 ~ 55.
2, medium carbon steel: 45 or 40Cr parts for high-frequency quenching, 350 ~ 370℃ tempering, HRC40 ~ 45.
3. Carburizing depth 0.3mm.
4, high temperature aging treatment.
Precision machining technical requirements:
1, the parts after finishing shall not be placed directly on the ground, and necessary support and protection measures shall be taken.
2, the processing surface is not allowed to have rust and affect the performance, life or appearance of bumps, scratches and other defects.
3. The surface of rolling finishing shall not have peeling phenomenon after rolling.
4, the final process after heat treatment of the parts, the surface should not be oxide skin. The mating surface and tooth surface after finishing shall not be annealed.
Sealing of parts:
1, each seal must be soaked in oil before assembly.
2, before assembly, strictly check and remove the acute Angle, burr and foreign matter remaining in the processing of parts. Ensure that the seal is not scratched when it is loaded.
3. After bonding, the excess adhesive should be removed.
