Product Processing Flow
The manufacturing process for our CNC metal parts is systematic and controlled to ensure consistency and quality at every stage.
- Digital Design & Programming: The process begins with a 3D CAD model (e.g., STEP, IGES, SLDPRT format). Our engineers use CAM software to generate the machine code (G-code) that dictates the toolpaths for the CNC equipment.
- Material Preparation: The specified raw material (e.g., aluminum billet, stainless steel round bar) is precisely cut to the required size for the workpiece.
- Fixture Setup: The workpiece is securely mounted onto the CNC machine bed using custom fixtures or a vise to ensure stability during high-speed machining.
- CNC Machining: The programmed code is executed. The CNC machine (e.g., 3-axis, 5-axis milling center, CNC lathe) performs a series of subtractive operations such as milling, turning, drilling, and tapping to shape the part.
- Deburring & Initial Cleaning: After machining, the part is removed and manually or mechanically deburred to remove sharp edges. It is then cleaned to eliminate chips and cutting fluid.
- Secondary Operations (If Required): Parts may be sent for additional processes like heat treatment, anodizing, plating, or painting as specified.
- Quality Inspection: The finished part undergoes rigorous inspection using tools like CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), calipers, and micrometers to verify conformance to all dimensional and geometric tolerances defined in the drawing (e.g., ±0.01mm, GD&T standards).
- Final Cleaning & Packaging: The approved parts are thoroughly cleaned, coated with anti-rust agent if necessary, and carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

CNC Milling: A rotary cutting tool removes material from a stationary workpiece. Our 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling centers can produce highly complex geometries, pockets, and contours. CNC Turning: The workpiece rotates while a stationary cutting tool removes material. This is ideal for creating cylindrical parts, producing features like external diameters, internal bores, and threads.


5-Axis Machining: Allows simultaneous movement of the cutting tool along five different axes. This enables the production of extremely complex parts in a single setup, reducing lead time and improving accuracy.
